Glamping in Cornwall at Mena Farm: a unique holiday experience

We all like those added creature comforts, don’t we? Those neat little touches that make things extra special. Well, how about adding a little slice of luxury to your camping trip and come glamping in Cornwall at Mena Farm? We have a couple of different options for you to enjoy.

Family glamping…

Say hello to Poppy, Daisy and Bluebell – our three superior bell tents, which are finished in a style all of their own. If you love that feeling of camping but want to try something a little different then why not give it a try?

What do our bell tents come with?

Well, the answer is… rather a lot! You can leave the air bed (and foot pump) at home as our superior bell tents have a double bed with memory foam mattress, for the best night’s sleep! There’s also two single futon beds, so are a great choice for a family of four.

Inside you’ll find all the necessary utensils for cooking, preparing and storing food. There’s no electricity in our bell tents, but we provide a gas stove, cool box and ice packs, solar and battery lanterns, a power pack for charging your phone, as well as cutlery, crockery & your own firepit. Beds are made up for your arrival and parking is available close to your bell tent.

Glamping for grown ups…

New for 2018 are our Lotus Belle Tents, Oak, Willow and Hazel. They’re a little smaller in width than our bell tents, but have a lot more height and plenty of space for couples looking for a quiet break. Located in a secluded corner of the camping field, our Lotus Belle Tents have a 10-amp electric hookup to power the induction hob, kettle, toaster and lighting… Like the bell tents, the beds are made up for your arrival and everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided.

When glamping at Mena, we do suggest that you bring with you some items, and not just your clothes, however! It would be handy to pack items such as washing up liquid, gas canisters (although you can buy these in our reception shop), a torch is essential, as are towels, and, of course, your food.

We regret that pets are not allowed in our glamping accommodation unless by special arrangement. Please contact us directly to discuss. Minimum stay is generally three nights, so please contact us directly to discuss shorter stays.

Our tents are available from mid-May through to mid-September.
