Autumn is usually pretty special down here in Cornwall. The crowds die away as the children return to school, and the weather tends to be more settled as the air temperature cools. Perfect for a quiet getaway – just think…Autumn at Heligan and the Eden Project, empty beaches and cliff walks, followed by a late lunch in cosy, ancient pubs.
