Covid-19 and your stay at Mena Farm

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to travel because you have been exposed to the virus, you or any member of your party are exhibiting any symptoms of the virus, or if you are advised to self-isolate, please do not travel to Cornwall. Please respect that we have a duty of care towards all our guests and our community, and cannot risk getting sick ourselves. You cannot self-isolate at Mena – the Government instruction that you should self-isolate at home remains in force. In addition, Cornwall has very limited health resources compared to other parts of the country, so you can’t risk getting ill whilst here. Please be considerate to our other guests and our community, and stay at home. We highly advise that you take out holiday insurance, as we are not able to transfer or refund your booking.

If we have to cancel your booking because one of us or our team become sick due to Covid-19 then you will be offered the option of either a full refund, the ability to transfer your booking, or a voucher to use at a later date.

If not, you will be asked to leave the site and no refund will be forthcoming. This has been and continues to be, a very strange time for everyone, and we’re all having to learn to the adapt to the new era of corona virus. So, whilst we are taking every precaution possible (see below), we do need your help to keep the site safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Firstly, please be aware that whilst you may or may not be too concerned about the virus, others may feel very differently. We want you all to enjoy your stay at Mena, so please, please, please, follow all on-site guidance closely, and be respectful, patient and courteous towards each other and towards our team.

Secondly, Children must be closely supervised at all times – particularly those who are too young to understand the importance of social distancing.
